On July 2nd, Jose Alba, 51 year old, was charged with second-degree murder and held in rikers with $250,000 bail bond. Jose Alba didn’t intentionally commit a crime, he used self defense as he feared for his life. It’s on video & clear as day light who’s the aggressor, which is the 37 year old customer who walked in furious attacking Mr. Alba. This situation is unfortunate and it’s sad that he’s currently residing in Rikers with such a high bail for defending himself. I ask you all to PLEASE help sign this petition to FREE JOSE ALBA, he doesn’t deserve to sit in jail, & he’s definitely not in any condition to sit in Rikers Island.
