We should be allowed to take backpacks into classes. Just imagine going to your locker at the end of every block just to get a couple of books to your next class. And when you finally make it to the next class, panting and drained out of your energy, you hear your teacher already talking about the daily plan for today. It’s very time consuming, especially for the majority of the people who has their lockers at the 4th floor. The reason provided to us on why we mustn’t bring our backpacks into classrooms is the following:  backpacks get thrown around. Since the MacBook is inside, it may be damaged. An alternative to a backpack was also suggested: a tote bag. A tote bag is way less protective than a backpack. And since we need our MacBooks for almost every single block, this alternative is just not going to cut it. And if this ridiculous rule continues to exist, we are going to develop scoliosis.
