In the State of Arizona many abusers are using the court system to abuse their victims. When the victim leaves the abusers. There needs to be education on narcissism, sociopath, and psychopath abuse in the court system. Court Professionals need to be aware of the cycles of abuse and how they affect the victim.  

My abuser filed 5 Protection orders against me (a teacher) to try and control me, destroy my career, and future relationships. In fact, he had an order on me for catching me on a dating site after the relationship had ended and he forced his way into my home, and he was in my bed when the police tried to serve me. Later after I was forced to take him back, he canceled the order.  He also files this order on all his past relationships to try and hurt them. I know others are in this situation as well. Both men and women. 

If the court made a petitioner show some type of evidence, these orders would not occur. I now need to get a lawyer and get these records sealed so that they do not affect me in the future.  I know others are affect by this type of manipulating behavior. Most states you need to show some type of evidence to obtain a protection order on an individual.  

Help the victims of this type of abuse become free from their abusers and not be forced to go to court over and over again. These orders can hurt our careers and damage our records for life. Now every time I am pulled over or have any interaction with the police, I look like an abuser when I am in fact the victim with a long-standing protection order on this individual.
