Calhoun City Council sent out letters to several residents stating they cannot have roosters on their property and must keep less than 10 chickens. Many Calhoun residents have roosters and more than 10 chickens. Many other residents support their neighbors chickens. Calhoun and McLean county are rooted in agricultural families. The county and city are know for their small town country charm. We wish to show our council the number of residents who support keeping Calhoun farm friendly.
