Brandi Collins-Rutter is the victim of domestic abuse and violence, including sexual assault. The perpetrator faces 2 felonies in the Cherokee County, Texas District Attorneys office. The perpetrator continues to use the lower court-family court with power and status as an attorney to hold the child while no action taken for 22 months. The District Attorney Elmer Beckworth has the power to present before the grand jury and let justice work. The felony charges pend while the perpetrator has never been arrested for sexual assault but violated the protective order 3 times after the felony assault. He was arrested for a felony violation of protective order after the assault and bonded out for $5000 self recognizance bond. Please join me to petition the Honorable Mr. Beckworth with signatures to take some sort of action and justice for the public safety, myself and this child who is only 4. the history of abuse goes back to 2018.
