Dear Miami Dade Animal Shelter,

This is not ok one of the dogs you adopted out named Poncho was a loving happy boy . He left the shelter in 2018 as a RTO happy and healthy . Saturday August 20 he was found paralyzed, with his tongue hanging out of his mouth , cuts all over is body paralyzed, emaciated and screaming in pain . He had green water and was kept outside with no food . His older owners son was on the premises but yet no fine , no charges filled , according to the SR 22-10314806 case is closed . I close my eyes his face is all I see . A dog I never meet but has touched me in so many ways 

I am asking everyone to be the voice for #poncho #A1904714. Justice needs to be served . We can not allow this type of abuse to me unnoticed . 

I will go to the mayor , news stations and the police department if I need to .
