In the contract it States the home to be free of all Liens. Julia had 3 liens on the home, The city of Jackson we were aware of that’s who we were paying a Rehab loan. The second one was Step Forward for back taxes which we Benjamin Cooley and Jessica were paying Them we have proof.. Julia decided to double dip and get the taxes paid in December;( The third Loan was 54,000 that was Julia’s Mortgage from 2003 she Julia never paid ;( We Jessica and Benjamin got 2 liens gone the city we paid the step forward of Lansing Mi We called and Emailed they removed the lien the The RTR company won’t remove the Mortgage even though Julia don’t technically own the house anymore as she did a Quit Claim Deed ;( now the prosecutor of Jackson Mi says it’s Civil no We Jessica and Benjamin were Scammed!
