Animal Protection League of Western Pa -APL 

Illegally stole, and euthanized my cat. They are lying to cover their own, but we need justice. With my cat being gone, it’s hard to get legal help because there is no evidence proving it was my cat.

My cat was fixed, and had its shots. Clearly not a feral cat. The lady was angry her kid got bit for antagonizing the cat. When they tried to take it to the shenango valley animal shelter,  they absolutely refused to go near this case and refused euthanization. They advised her to get her kid to the hospital and have her treated with shots to prevent possible rabies (she ignorantly refused). She then traveled to Happy Tales Veterinary Hospital and paid using her own personal money, told them the cat was feral and she searched for its owners (which all (but one) of my neighbors have confirmed is a lie). We want nothing but the best for ALL of the fur babies not just ours, so to know how easily she was able to do all of this and cover it up is truly gut-wrenching. We will not quit until justice has been served in the most deserving way possible. She not only took our furry family member from us, but the comfort of our cats being indoor/outdoor cats in Sharon is definitely gone now as well. 

 

We need to try to collect as many signatures to petition this lady, from a position of power in which she is abusing. After speaking with the president of the APL she has gotten verbally aggressive and 100% backing the decision to euthanize a healthy, up to date on shots, FAMILY PET.
