The conditions at this shelter are atrocious. The animals are not protected from the climate. The animals do not recieve adequate medical care. The animals have little to no enrichment or affection.
We need to care about the horrific neglect these animals suffer daily and demand change. Please have a voice for the voiceless.
We, as a community, as a state, as a nation, CAN do better and we must.
