Classroom sizes are exceedingly large for the elementary schools in the Shelton, CT district for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. Student teacher ratios in some classrooms are 28:1 or 29:1. Other classrooms also have mid 20s which exceeds the CT public school average.
Please let your voice be heard for education to be properly funded and adequately staffed. Our children and teachers deserve better!
