#Delaware man Lymond Moses needs justice rendered after he was shot and killed by police on January 13th of 2021.  He was stripped from his kids, wife, family and friends.

The bodycam video from the moments leading up to the shooting that killed 30-year-old Lymond Moses DOES NOT match with what officers stated happened. 

Furthermore, the civil rights were his 4th amendment rights, due to approaching his vehicle without probable cause. The NCCPD department policy bans on shooting at moving vehicles and placing themselves in the path of the moving vehicle.

The criminal report completed by the Attorney General and an independent agency describes recklessness on the part of the officer who shot the kill shot due to him "shooting without knowing the vantage point of his assisting officers". From that viewpoint she disregarded a Delaware Law-Enforcement Officers Bill of right code by not charging criminally under the guides of recklessness.

WE DEMAND A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION TO HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS MURDER. 

I’ve witnessed a lady avoiding cops and actually hitting civilians with her car that was not shot at 9 times at least and murdered.  

No more animosity.  No more hate. We want justice to bring about peace.  We only can do that together.
