Eradicate the harsh punishment of Criminals with documented mental health issues by removal of rights and excessive fines.

Provide mandatory mental health programs designed to heal the wounded child in order to enable a society that spare with sturdy strength.

I Victor Adam Theocharides was born October 11, 1991 and my baby brother was born November 12, 1992. We are a year, a month and a day and an hour apart by birth. 10/11 rounded to the nearest hundredth =.91 and 11/12 rounded to the neared hundredth is .92 - which is reflective of our digitally-divine birthdays. 

My baby brother Aaron Theocharides fell from two stories when he was two years old during a fall that could have been fatal. At two years old, the brain is still developing and is at the critical period which essentially means that damage (physical or emotional) will stagger the development of the quantum super-computer which is the brain. My brother also experienced severe physical and mental abuse as a Child which could be attributed  to his brain injury. 

Aaron has a holographic halo and heart of diamond which was discovered in the dangerous depths. He has extraordinary love for his Children. His children display exceptional courage and confidence and are both gifted and generous.

He has a soul sparkles similar to a star yet  is sturdy; however his heart requires healing at the subconscious/unconscious level, which will not occur if he is continually mistreated severely and fined by the Police and Courts while simultaneously removing his rights as both Human and United States citizen.
