Dwight Washington has been convicted and accused in the New Orleans Parish Prison on February 13, 2020. His accused charges are  two murders, two attempt murders & obstruction of justice. Dwight has no criminal history or has never been incarcerated  of any criminal activity. During this case there was a 10-2 verdict and the jury pole was sealed. In this case the DA stated that there were 3+ other shooters pertaining this case, but Dwight was the only one that was charged and convicted without witnesses , without dna, and without a murder weapon. Dwight who is a musical artist rap lyrics years before this case was use against him, but has nothing to do with this case. During the trial jurors  asked for more evidence pertaining the state but it was denied access to it. There was Jurors sleep in the jury pole and the judge never alternated them. The detective, the DA, nor the victim identified him as a shooter. Dwight arrest warrant was denied 3 times , but the 4th time it was approved for the same reason it was denied meaning there was no probable cause. He was arrested in California. When the US marshals was getting ready to release him on lack of evidence in California ,The New Orleans Detective/ court faxed over falsified information stating that the surviving witnesses identified him as a victim and that they had recovered a weapon. Dwight is jailed under a unconstitutional law in the state of Louisiana where we need change for victims that is wrongfully convicted.
