Over the last few years, residents and visitors to the Whiskey Flat Trail who enjoy trails associated with Bull Run Creek easement have experienced continued harassment from adjacent landowner, John Doersam.

Mr. Doersam has not only verbally harassed individuals but recently created physical blockades along the public easement adjacent to Bull Run Creek. These areas are illegally being blocked by Mr. Doersam. Additionally, reports of gun stalking by targeting hikers has occurred with Sheriff involvement.

Groups of concerned residents have come together to start this public petition. Please sign to support removal of the Bull Run Creek blockades and to stop harassment by Mr. Doersam. Signatures will be sent to the Kern County Board of Supervisors and locally-elected representatives in order to restore our rights to use the public easement and enjoy peaceful recreation.
